The Applied Identity Support Services team understands the challenges
you face when introducing and maintaining new solutions into the network
infrastructure. Their experience and knowledge base will ensure you maximize
the return on your investment.
Applied Identity provides three different levels of support services to
suit every organizational need:
Basic Support Service
The Basic Support Service provides an annual contract for normal business
hour (8 to 5 PST) phone and email support. Software updates and return
to factory hardware replacement are included.
Standard Service
The Standard Support Service includes an annual contract for normal business
hour (8 to 5 PST) phone and email support, including access to customer
support web site. Software updates plus upgrades and basic hardware replacement
within 5 Business days from receipt of equipment with an assigned RMA (Return
Materials Authorization) number.
Premium Service
The Premium Support Service is an annual contract for 24 x 7 phone and
email support, including access to customer support web site. Software
updates plus upgrades and Next Day hardware replacement.
